The Global Lighting Procurement Federation (GLPF) is an international industry collaboration platform jointly initiated by the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association and 65 global leading lighting companies. It was officially established in Hong Kong on April 7, 2025. GLPF's mission is to "expand the global market together with GLPF", committed to integrating global lighting industry resources, building a comprehensive service system that integrates market expansion, procurement docking, standard setting, brand going global, etc., and promoting the globalization process of Chinese lighting brands.
As the lighting manufacturing industry gradually shifts to Southeast Asia and other countries and regions, building platforms can promote cooperation and communication between upstream and downstream enterprises in the lighting industry, such as manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers.
Regularly release procurement requirements to assist brand owners in selecting excellent products and help manufacturers connect with overseas channels.
Launch the official mini program of the Global Lighting Procurement Federation, which can assist global buyers in selecting products.
Lead the development of group standards and national enterprise leader standards.
Guide member units to participate in and formulate international and national standards.
Group Chinese companies to participate in overseas exhibitions.
Publish overseas market data to provide decision support for corporate members.
Coordinate small and medium-sized enterprises to establish overseas production bases and provide professional consulting services.
International certification interpretation and professional training provide targeted professional support for enterprises to improve certification efficiency.
Share the latest updates and response strategies on certification to help domestic lighting manufacturers connect with the international market and strengthen supply chain resilience
